Please pick up!!!!
Summerwood Villas owners and renters we are requesting that you please pick up your garbage cans and move them either against your back fence or inside of your garage after the trash has been picked up. They are becoming a hazard to cars driving around and dodging them. We are also asking that you pick up after your pets. We would like to keep Summerwood Villas community looking nice so please make sure you are doing your part.
Best regards,
-your board
Water being turned off today 4/8/11
The water will be turned off sometime between 12:00-2:00 PM due to another leak needing to be fixed. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
We have water!!!!
Water has been restored to Summerwood Villas! Apparently the repairmen said that there was a leak 6 feet underground between buildings 10 and 11.
Water update
We believe the water issue has been isolated to behind buildings 10 and 11. The plumbers are on site prepared to start digging; but first all of the lines have to be marked which is being done as I type this update. Hopefully the next update will be that water pressure is back to normal!
Water Update
I know that Paul (from Lewis Companies) is on-site right now with the Leak Detectors trying to identify where the problem is. As information is received it will be posted on here. If you have any questions please contact Lewis Companies at 225-766-8802
Water will be turned off…
At around 9 AM, the water company will be out to change the main water meter and check our backflow pressure in an effort to resolve the on-going water pressure problems the complex has been experiencing during the last few days. This means that the water will be turned off from 9-11am today (Tuesday March 15th). We are sorry for the inconvenience this will cause but, it is imperative we isolate the cause in order to restore full water pressure to Summerwood Villas. If anyone has noticed any standing water next to your unit or your water meter, or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact Lewis Companies -225-766-8802.
Update – Water Pressure Issues
Water Pressure
We are aware of the issue regarding water pressure at Summerwood Villas. We are having a plumber come out right now and check on it. We will provide updates on the website as we receive them. Thank you for being patient regarding this and hopefully our water pressure will be restored back to normal soon.
Best regards,
Regina
